G&R Cedar is very proud to offer products manufactured directly at its mills in Matsqui, British Columbia and Chilliwack, BC Canada. We use only the finest "old growth" cedar available, and this comes in two distinct types…. Western Red, and Alaskan Yellow (Western Cypress).

There are different types and styles to choose from, in both Western Red, and Alaskan Yellow Cedar, including Tapersawn, Resawn and Shingles.

Roof Decking: We offer solid Douglas Fir roof decking; it is available in 2×6, 3×6 and 4×6. Decking installed flat on framing timber will allow you to create a unique Scandinavian environment and without compromising the strength of the structure.

Cedar Roof Shingles: Whether it is Western Red Cedar or Eastern White Cedar, the products offered for roofing are top class to ensure the durability and waterproofing of the work. (Grade A).
